Kapai Puku No. 1 Gut Health has evolved from our Kapai Puku Original Blend.  It continues to have that wonderful raw ingredient taste of the Kapai Puku blends, but adds a hint of natural sweetness with the addition of Monk Fruit and naturally sundried South Australian Raisins.

Kapai Puku No. 1 Gut Health is formulated to cleanse and exfoliate your digestive tract with the introduction of Organic Chicory Root (a prebiotic which aids in feeding all the good bacteria in your stomach) and to provide your body with a wide range of vitamins and minerals. 

In Australia it is recommended that we consume 20 – 25g of fibre in our diets every day.  Kapai Puku is one of the highest sources of fibre on the market.  Adding Kapai Puku to your diet will not only help you get regular, but it will help you stay that way, leading to less constipation, bloating, irritable bowel and general digestive irritability.
